Ocean Season 

In the colder months of the year, when the land is frozen, we turn to the ocean and the best ingredients it has to offer. Seafood will be central to the menu, while the freshness of early spring brings young greens, herbs, and wild foods as the landscape awakens. 

Book a table

We are accepting reservations for Ocean Season 2025. If you cannot find a table available, please add yourself to the waitlist for the dates that you desire. Please sign up for our newsletter to receive access to reservations for upcoming seasons. 

Tips for booking

Please have a credit card ready to confirm your booking. 

If your desired date is unavailable, we encourage you to enter your name on the online waiting list as we often reference this list if a cancellation arises. 

We typically see a high demand for smaller tables, so it may be easier to find availability if you are able to come as a larger group. We offer reservations for parties of 2 to 8 guests. We also offer shared experiences for both solo diners and parties of 2. 

Reservations can only be made through the online reservation platform, and we do not accept reservation requests over email, phone or social media platforms.

Booking & Cancellation policy

Reservations can be cancelled with a refund according to noma’s cancellation policy below.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be finalized at least 14 days prior to your reservation, after which, the prepayment is non-refundable. 

If you wish to reduce the party size, we cannot issue a refund for the absent guest(s), unless we are able to place you at a smaller table. Kindly note that reductions in party size on the day, will not be refunded. 

In the event of a cancellation, the 2.5% admin fee is non-refundable.

You can always transfer your reservation to another person via your personal tock profile. 

It is our policy that reservations cannot be sold, or offered for sale to any third parties, at a higher price than what was originally paid. They also cannot be used for any promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to any sort of travel- or concierge services/companies, dining groups or booking platforms. Kindly note that any bookings in breach of the above policy may be cancelled at the discretion of the restaurant.
